The hotel provided great prices. This venue was suitable place for exploring Trabzon, thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was particularly good and included spacious bathroom.

everything was great, good location right by the city center as well as shops, money changer and restaurants, superb experience. my exceptionally good room included exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television.

We booked a double room with an outside window and a kettle, and the central location was just a short walk from a shopping mall.

The location here is fantastic, right on the Black Sea, with rooms offering exceptional views of the sea.

The rooms were clean and had central heating, a safe box, and a comfortable bed. the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by shops, money changers, restaurants, and close to the sea. the service offered was good.

Great location, walking distance to main avenue, shopping district, and central square. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Ayat from guest services. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and Turkish. Clean rooms with a view of the Black Sea. Close to various shops and a well-organized tour office.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. It's conveniently close to the airport and the market, making it easy to explore Trabzon. The staff here are amazing, always willing to help and provide top-notch service. They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

The hotel is situated near some important landmarks such as the city center, Qara Deniz, and the taxi station. the view from the room is pretty good too. the bathroom is clean and has all the necessary amenities one could need. the breakfast is quite filling and nicely prepared. the gym and swimming pool are useful leisure facilities to have.

The front desk service is not that efficient. They took a long time to get us checked-in and to attend to our requests.
